DELIVERY
Spoiled Dogz aims to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 days. Occasionally an item (or items) may be out of stock, and delivery will take a little longer - we will always contact you to advise you of expected delivery times if this should be the case.
If your order is time sensitive, please do no hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please allow extra time during busier times, such as Christmas.
Delivery charges are stated on each item listed.
All orders are sent recorded & signed for and we will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your item.
RETURNS
If you receive an item that you do not wish to keep, for whatever reason, Spoiled Dogz will happily refund the price (excluding the postage and packaging costs). You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order if you wish to make a return, to be eligible for a refund of the purchase price.
Please include a note inside your returned package with all your details on (name, address, telephone number and details of the item you wish to have refunded). We must have all of your details in order to process your refund (failing to include them may result in a delay).
All returned goods must be received in the condition you received them, and with all labels attached and their original packaging intact.
Spoiled Dogz reserves the right not to refund if items are not returned in a resaleable condition.
